RALLY AT THE CAPITOL!

Please plan to come (and bring interested citizens and self-advocates) to the state capitol rotunda on May 13 for a 10 a.m. rally.  The Arc of PA & the PA Association of Rehabilitation Facilities are cosponsoring the event. 

The rally is to advocate for additional funding in the state budget – we need a 3% increase to sustain existing community programs and we need more  funding to end the emergency waiting list for services.
